In this picture I'm reporting about Japan. In Japan they had a very sad day because they first had an earthquake and then that was followed by a tsunami. That was very deadly. It was very scary because they gave us a warning on TV. Then my whole family and me had a sit down and talk about what we had to do, when we had to do it, like when we should evacuate our house and get into our cars as soon as possible, if it happened here in Tamaki.

This is an image of water shooting out of a hole outside our school entrance and it's flying out everywhere. It looks like someone just finished turning the hose on. What a watery mess!

This is an image of a pipe with water that's thrown up out of the hole in the pipe. There was water everywhere and all the water was rushing down the hill that was right next to it. It was gushing down the hill as fast as a speeding bullet.

On Thursday 31st March Tamati Coffey came to Room 6 to do his weather presentation in our class. After he did the weather, we had to stay quiet. We did 5 performances for Tamati. Our last one was when we all ran down to our Panmure Bridge School sign to perform the Haka. We ran on the cold grass and someone said they couldn't feel their feet as they were numb. It was fun.
Hi, my name name is Stefanie, and Tamati Coffey came to film the Breakfast Weather show in our class last week. Afterwards we asked him if he wanted to dance to 'Single Ladies' with us and he said, "yes!" and we were joyful as we all wanted to stand next to him. It was a funny day!!!

In this video you will see Room 6 interrogating Tamati and asking him a lot of questions, mostly about when he was on 'What Now'. Some people asked excellent questions. My favourite part was when he said that they got to dress up as a cheerleader and walk into town with the costume on! I think Tamati really liked that question. I hope that he comes and visits Panmure Bridge School again. I hope that you enjoy watching this move of Tamati and Room6.

I wonder what's going on? Now I remember. We were on live TV when Tamati Coffey came to our school to film his Breakfast Weather Show. We had to get to school at 6am in the morning. Ouch!

Hi, my name is Jahvana and this is the WEATHER CREW. If you didn't know, our crew was on T.V. presenting our WEATHER for the day. As you can see, we had to practise and practise for the amazing day to come. I thought that we deserved McDonald's because we only had one day to rehearse and because we got up so early to be on T.V. To tell you the truth, I felt like going back to bed for waking up at like 5.00 or 6.00 in the morning and I'm sure Miss Day was tired herself too (she had to get up at 4am!)...But never the less I enjoyed the awesome cheerful day...
Hi I am Jahvana playing soccer with a broken leg. Yes it seems weird but I really enjoyed it. Even though I had a broken leg, playing soccer was still my thing. I enjoyed playing soccer while being cripple.

On Wednesday it was the softball tournament vs other schools around Panmure. Miss Sayers took 24 students to Dunkirk Reserve. 12 were in each team; an under 10 team and an over 10 team. We got this bat for participating in the softball tournament . We lost 2 games and won 4 games. We came fourth in the softball tournament.
